Policies
Booking Policies
- Please arrive to all appointments with freshly washed & blowdried hair that is product and tangle free. This includes any oils or hair grease. Please do not straighten your hair prior to arrival.
- For all braiding services booked with us, braiding hair will be provided. Be sure to select your hair color at the time of booking. We only provide colors 1, 1B, 2, and 4.
- For any services that require boho hair, it must be provided by the client. Clients must drop the hair off 24-72 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.
Deposits
- All appointments at The Grey Seat require a $40 deposit that is due at the time of booking.
- Deposits are transferable for one rescheduled appointment within the same month.
- Deposits are not transferable from person to person or to any future appointments.
Late Policy
- All guests are given a 10 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled, rescheduled or changed to accommodate for the lost time.
- If applicable a $20 late fee will be charged.
Service Guarantee
- All services at The Grey Seat are non-refundable.
- In the event that there is something wrong with the service provided, a style repair can be booked no later than 48hrs after your service. Free of charge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- As a new or returning guest you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointments through all booking confirmation and reminder emails within 72hrs of your scheduled appointment date.
- Any cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Health & Safety
- The health and safety of our guests are a priority, If you are feeling unwell please contact us so that we can reschedule for another date.
